A system is a set of elements that is interconnected in a way that achieves its function.

Civilization is based in structured systems. Each component from human to the iron that makes a tool is put in place to operate at a level that is suitable for the expansion of that civilization. There is little regard to the fact that we are complex beings living in a individualized experience, with the power to actually be complex beings living an individualized experience.

I enjoy taking a quantum approach to systems. As we have believed in our life, once systems are in place they are there to stay and operate in a programmed fashion.

With creativity directed properly, we can induce a distinctive energetic frequency that changes the fabric of a system. Ultimately, creating a efficient flow that has never been seen before.

Business is a source of inspiration, determination, and excitement. The competition is fierce, and those who can harness creativity and efficient systems will rise to the top of their field.

When building a business from the genesis of an idea, it is crucial to keep the thought in mind; how can I fulfill the purpose of this idea, while fulfilling my purpose to share this product or service, without it using the most valuable resource, time.

What do I mean by this?

Build an in-depth strategy around your business. Dedicate the upfront investment of time to get each part and function running smoothly in an automated form. From fulfillment to team operation, setting these functions will be crucial to successful flow.

As a founder, you are a leader, creating a reality for yourself and those who will be impacted by your product or service.

With that being said, after building your systems, you will be in a position of execution, maintenance, and direction.

No longer should we see entrepreneurs working 15 hour days because they have to handle multiple mundane tasks of their business. They should be working that time because they are enthralled about the legacy they are creating and expanding their message with purpose.

In a world of constant technological advancements and tools for every problem, you should always ask yourself…

Should I be spending my time doing this?

What are my options?

Asking this question will free your time more than anything else. Because the initial research to answer that question will save you countless hours of doing that work when it can simply be outsourced.

It is also a matter of knowing what your strengths are.

What do you excel in? What fulfills your purpose?

Focus on more tasks within that v.s. tasks that are foreign and create a mental burden.

This is not to be confused with learning, one should always learn new tools and information. And most importantly apply that knowledge.

However, if your business is making $10,000 a month profit. And your working 40 hours a week on average, which is $62.5 per hour. You should think about hiring someone who can do the mundane tasks at a lower hourly. This opens up your time to focus on high value progressive tasks that will cause exponential growth in that monthly profit.

For example, the average American spends 14 hours a month cleaning their home. If you're making $60 an hour with your work, spending $20 an hour for a house cleaner will free up that time to create more $ in your business.

The goal is to have systems in place, in which you can simply manage, direct, and pour your creativity energy into.

I have talked with many founders who are making over 100k a month while working less than 20 hours.

It is more than possible.

Create your reality, keyword create.

Create new pathways to optimize your daily tasks. Free up your time for the experiences that are valuable.
