A Vision born out of my passion for capturing emotionally resonant experiences. A space dedicated to cultivating strong purpose, where love and connection between humans take center stage. Uniquely designed sanctuary, an immersive expression offering classes ranging from somatic breathwork, to sound bathing by day, and ecstatic dance by night, with alchemized food and beverages and a strong emphasis on music and interior design. Each part of the space has its own theme, meaning, and story, carefully woven together in perfect unity. Built from raw sustainable materials and infused with communal intention. With our mother roots, 30 acres of land in Kingsbury, TX located within a 40 min drive from Austin. OmPrithvi serves as our base. Cultivating a sustainable-regenerative farmland and a loving connection. Our land, Manipura, is currently available for all events. Today we will cover :

• Universal view on polarity, how it ties into every facet of our human experience, where it comes from, how we can use the law of polarity to create, and find resonance in our experience. As well as a subjective philosophy into polarity turning into trinity with the power of human observance.

• Sound healing, and exploring the mix of these two healing techniques to achieve a new level of expression and wellness in our bodies.

• Weekly creative moodboard, covering select inspiration in visual and auditory arts. Artists to keep on the radar.

• Last but not least, we will be adding some of our favorite poems and quotes of the week, spanning through multiple thought principles. Plus, a poem written by yours truly.

Polarity in Observance

Polarity is a construct that every human has been subject to from the point where their reality was solidified. A concept involving two opposing or contrasting forces, qualities, or elements. Every single aspect of our life is based in polarity, life and death, dark and light, positive and negative. It is a rather interesting dive into the vast grasp polarity has on our external and internal worlds. Our subconscious and conscious mind, and the thought patterns that those hold, are in themselves, polarities. Naturally, in day to day decision making, we often weigh the pros and cons, desires and responsibilities, or short-term and long-term outcomes. Always seeking to find the equilibrium between these two options. We are wrapped up in a web of choice, in every choice, so often, that it becomes something we are not directly aware of.

Polarity shines its brightest in the creation of art. In my opinion it’s the one branch of polarity in which the confines of reality can be bent by the creator, and the observer. However the creator can be the observer, it just depends what role you take. By creating an artwork, I project my energy in motion for an end goal. But as a creator in the flow state there is no end goal, it is just now, whatever comes up is what is. From this act of creating in the now, my interpretation of polarity based on the artwork, can be completely different from when I step back, sit there and observe the work, out of the flow state. And in the power of interpretation, my view on the artwork can be completely different than when my friend looks at it. They are a different observer, with a different lense and life experiences. Therefore their view on the polarity can be completely different. And in that polarity becomes completely subjective. But at the same time a universal truth.

The Law of One, directly correlates with polarity, the ever expanding inhale and exhale of source energy. The unanswerable question of reality, perfectly coded into an infinity loop of creation. As a human in this world. We were gifted the powers of imagination and interpretation. With these two constructs we can access our reality and surroundings, and come to our own conclusions of what is. But that is the extent, our conclusions. Without a concrete answer of what is and what isn’t, we follow our intuitive guide and experience what our life path is showing us. With polarity being the topic for today, I’d like to share interesting thought to contemplate. In the essence of polarity, we can relate it to the power of two. Two forces, whether that be positive or negative, life and death. Let’s use dark and light. These are two aspects that are fundamentally coded into our reality, we get light from the sun, and dark from the moon. We can argue that polarity is a law of one, and an unchangeable aspect. But when we bring polarity into the realm of reality we are familiar with, we can explore different meanings. As a human we observe the world around us, and with the observance of polarity, it no longer is a factor of 2, but creates a trinity. Our observance and awareness adds to the equation of 2 making it 3, ironically the number of creation. So therefore you can argue that the fundamental construct of polarity is something that can be manipulated depending whether you are looking through a subjective or objective lense.

This is food for thought. With the pure intention of contemplation and exploration into the little aspects of life be interesting to dissect and come to your own conclusions about.

A painting I did a while ago, my second painting, currently untitled, but let’s call it Polarity, because that’s what is represents. The gravitational pull, and differences of masculine and feminine energies, purely based off my perspective. As you can probably tell, the left, or feminine side is in more detail. Upon reflection, I noticed this is due to the stronger connection I share with women, or the feminine energy they posses. I have always felt more safe here. I never had a father, and when a father figure was initiated into my life I often felt out of place. During my upbringing my mother always had woman friends, and I confided in them more than I did with men. Even growing up, moving around school to school I never had many solid friendships with men. This painting was pulling from my upbringings, traumas, stories, and views of life. But at the time of painting this, I had become aware of past patterns and was able to give a new perspective. As I briefly touched up on before. This painting correlates with my subjective view on polarity, with the circle in the middle unifying the two sides, creating a third aspect of observance by our human experience.

Sound healing and tone frequencies

Sound healing is powerful act, bringing a different dimension to traditional healing methods. There are a plethora of unique instruments from around the world that emit frequencies that drop us into a flow state. The power in this, is in you. With conscious engagement, breath, and concentration you can transmute sound into energy and channel that where it’s needed.

The vibrational forces of sound are emitted from the movement or vibration of matter. They manifest in a constant cacophony of sound waves, endlessly resonating in the universal sea of consciousness.

Being immersed in a space with someone playing bowls, or any other rooted instrument opens up your minds eye if you go into the ceremony with intention. I personally have witnessed people opening up their throat chakra and singing beautiful melodies completely based off intuition, without any past experience of singing. If you feel called, lay down, put some headphones on and listen to frequencies while you focus on your breath. I will link some good playlists below.

If possible, search sound healing on eventbrite, or ask around and you most likely will find a sound healing ceremony in your nearest city.

Mixing heat with cold, while being immersed in sound

When you mix extreme temperature therapies with sound healing it can transport you into a different state of mind. Extreme temperature exposure is already a very mentally and physically challenging act. When you can calm yourself, and focus into these frequencies it drops you into a deeper state of healing and mindfulness.
